Assalam-o-Allaikum! I hope that this letter will find you in the best of health and spirit. I am writing this letter to request you for sending me some books. As it is wisely said,

“Books add a lot to our knowledge.

They are our best friends.”

Now-a-days, I am living in my village far away from the city during summer vacation. There is no-one in the house who can go to the city and buy some books for me. I am in need of some helping books and I want to purchase these books from your shop. As it is rightly said,

“Reading of books is a pleasure

but to own them is bliss.”

Your books on every topic are very good and informative. It is very important to choose a right book and read it for pleasure, knowledge and moral lesson. As it is said,

“A room without a book is like a body without a soul.”

As I have already told you that I am living in my village now-a-days. Therefore, it is not feasible for me to visit your store personally. I would request you to send me some helping and informative books. As Benjamin Franklin has said,

“An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.”
