My Neighbour Friend Breathing his Last

Q. 1. When does a person remember God?

Ans. A person remembers God when he is in pain and misery. A sudden shock reminds him of God. But those who love God always remember Him.

Q. 2. What is the effect of the death scene? (L.B. 2009)

Ans. The poet becomes terrified when he observes his friend breathing his last breath. The reader also feels the horror of death for some moments. Everyone must always keep this fear in his mind because death can approach everybody at any time.

Q. 3. Why does a person feel helpless on the death of a friend? (L.B. 2011) (FSB. 2009)

Ans. A person feels helpless on the death of a friend because he cannot stop his departure. He does not want his friend leave this world but this is beyond his reach.

Q. 4. Without whose love is Bullah in loss? (GWB. 2011)

Ans. Without God's love, Bullah is in loss.

Ans. The poet is frightened because his dearest friend is leaving this world.
