Respected Sir,

                           Most respectfully, it is stated that I am a student of intermediate/school part I, in this college/school. I belong to a backward area in the northern Punjab. The living standard over there is very low. It was the dream of my parents to send me to this college/school for higher education. I am among the top ten students of the college/school.  As it is rightly said, 

“Hard work is the key to success.”

         My parents are doing their best to meet the expenses of the college/school but the recent increase in the college/school fee is beyond their limits.

         Please, grant me full fee concession. It will really be a great favour because I don't see any alternative to this problem. I shall be thankful to you in this regard.

  3) Method of Imperative Sentences Recognition : - The reported speech of these sentences always starts with 1 st form of verb.
