Respected Sir,

                           Most respectfully, it is stated that with reference to your advertisement in the daily newspaper “The Dawn” of March 25, 2022, I have come to know that you are in need of the Manager, for your farm servants. I consider myself fit for this post. Therefore, I want to pay my services as the Manager, for your farm servants. As mentioned by you, I give a resume of my qualification and experience for the said post below.

      (i). I graduated from Punjab University with distinction.

      (ii). I did my graduation in business administration, from London University of Commerce and Business.

      (iii). I also hold a master's degree in administration and management from Howard University, U.S.A.

     (iv). I am an energetic, strong and active man of 30 and has a commanding appearance.

     (v). I am fully familiar with the moods, whims and feelings of the labour class.

     Bio - data in respect of A.B.C

     (vi). I worked as a manager of the workers and labourers of the Neelam Textile Mills. There, I watched their life style closely and came to know about their psychology.

            I assure you, I shall perform my duties efficiently and honestly, if I am selected as the Manager of the servants of your farm.

           If I am given a chance, I shall be very thankful to you for this kindness.

  3) Method of Imperative Sentences Recognition : - The reported speech of these sentences always starts with 1 st form of verb.
