Subject:        Request for Wrong Electricity Billing

Respected Sir,

                            Most respectfully, it is stated that I want to bring to your kind notice a very serious matter about the wrong and excessive electricity billing of my house. I am a salaried person with modest means of income. I have received an abnormal bill of Rs. 5,000/- for the month of March 2022. This bill is nerve shattering for me.

         I keep in check all the bulbs and fans of my house at night. I do not have any AC in my house. Being a man of average means, I live simply and do not afford extra electronic appliances at my house. Moreover, in the month of March, the members of my family were away from the house and out of city. The premises of the house remained locked for half of the month.

        I have been using this electricity meter for the last five years. I have always received bills to the tune of one hundred rupees for every month. The bill for the month of March is quite wrong and excessive. Kindly, correct it as soon as possible, so that I can pay my bill in time.

        I shall be very thankful to you for this kindness.
