Subject:        Request for New Telephone Connection

Respected Sir,

                           Most respectfully, it is stated that I wish to bring to your kind notice and I submit for your kind consideration and swift action the following facts:

         The need of telephone has gone high in the modern age. Everybody in my street enjoys the facility of telephone except my family. My family remains disconnected with other families living in other cities. Sometimes, we are not informed about death and other important events. The hardships which we are suffering without telephone are numerous.

        My parents who live in another city also face problems to contact us. I am greatly worried about the health of my parents. My elder son who has gone to America for further studies disturbs my neighbours to talk us.

        My contacts with my relatives, friends and dear ones have suffered a lot. We feel lonely without social contacts. Therefore, I am in need of a telephone for my house.

I am also submitting the completed forms of your company signed by me.

           It is requested that a new telephone connection for my house should be sanctioned by you as early as possible. After the sanction, I will pay all the fees without loss of time.

I shall be very thankful to you for this kindness.
