Respected Sir,

                            Most respectfully, it is stated that I want to bring to your kind notice a very serious matter about the wrong and excessive telephone billing of my house. I am a salaried person with modest means of income. I have received an abnormal bill of Rs. 5,000/- for the month of March 2022. This bill is nerve shattering for me.

         I keep my telephone set under lock and key. I have very rare social contacts. Being a man of average means, I live simply and do not afford to make direct calls. Moreover, in the month of March, the members of my family were away from the house. The premises of the house remained locked.

        I have been using this telephone for the last five years. I have always received bills to the tune of four hundred rupees for month. The bill for the month of March is quite wrong and excessive. Kindly, correct it as soon as possible, so that I can pay my bill in time.

        I shall be very thankful to you for this kindness.
