Subject:        Request for New Electricity Meter Connection

Respected Sir,

                           Most respectfully, it is stated that I wish to bring to your kind notice and I submit for your kind consideration and swift action the following facts:

(a) The construction of my new house is going to be completed early next month.

(b) I have got all the electricity cables laid properly for the kitchen and rooms with the fittings of electronics appliances.

(c) My family is going to settle in the new house next month.

           I am submitting the map of the house with the details of the electricity fittings.

I am also submitting the completed forms of your company signed by me.

           It is requested that a new electricity meter/connection for my house should be sanctioned by you as early as possible. After the sanction, I will pay all the fees without loss of time.

I shall be very thankful to you for this kindness.
