Respected Sir,

                           Most respectfully, it is stated that I want to invite your attention to the frequent break down of electricity in our locality. I live in Civil Lines area. People lodge their complaints every day. I think, the S. D. O. is responsible for this sad state of affairs. He seldom pays attention to the complaints sent to him. The supply of electricity is disconnected in the extreme hot climate for hours together during day and night. People perspire and feel great trouble at it.

       The students preparing for the examination are the worst sufferers. They are busy in their studies for the next day's paper. All of a sudden, the electricity goes out to the utter disappointment of everyone.

       The failure in the supply of electricity also affects the supply of water. We have asked the S.D.O to streamline the supply of electricity. But he does not pay attention to our request. He may be replaced by some more efficient and competent man.

       I request you to ensure the regular supply of electricity as soon as possible.

I shall be very thankful to you for this kindness.
