       Write an application to the General Manager of Sui Northern Gas for requesting him to install New Gas Connection at your home

Subject:        Request for New Gas Connection

Respected Sir,

                           Most respectfully, it is stated that I wish to bring to your kind notice and I submit for your kind consideration and swift action the following facts:

(a) The construction of my new house is going to be completed early next month.

(b) I have got all the gas pipes laid properly for the kitchen and rooms with fittings.

(c) My family is going to settle in the new house next month.

           I am submitting the map of the house with the details of the sui-gas fittings.

I am also submitting the completed forms of your company signed by me.

           It is requested that a new Sui-gas connection for my house should be sanctioned by you as early as possible. After the sanction, I will pay all the fees without loss of time.

I shall be very thankful to you for this kindness.
