                           Most respectfully, it stated that in response to your advertisement published in the daily 'The News' dated 20th May 2022 for the post of the Production Manager in your Oil & Fat Industry, I beg to offer my services as one of the candidates for the said post.

           I passed my M.Sc. Chemistry with distinction from Punjab University in 2018. I obtained

a diploma in Food and Nutrition from Agriculture University, Faisalabad. My two year experience as research officer at Sargodha Oil Mills has given me enough practice and experience for the production of ghee.

           I have a special aptitude for discovering new methods of producing ghee. Information about my experience and the quality of work can be taken from the Sales Manager of the Mills.

          My enclosed bio-data will show that my experience as research officer at Sargodha Oil Mills has given me enough practical knowledge to work as production Manager in your food industry.

  3) Method of Imperative Sentences Recognition : - The reported speech of these sentences always starts with 1 st form of verb.
