Subject:        Request for Shortage of Security Facilities in College

Respected Sir,

                           Most respectfully, it is stated that I am a student of intermediate/metric part I, in this college/school. Our college/school is the biggest college/school of the city. Unfortunately, it does not have adequate security facilities for a large number of students.

            Mostly outsiders visit the college without taking permission. There is not security guard at the college gate to stop them. It causes lack of law and order situation. Two students died because of fighting between two groups of college students and outsiders.  

            The college peons do not take pain to stop outsiders. Some boys run throughout the college here and there without hesitation. The vice principal/deputy headmaster does not listen to the complaints of the students. He does not take care of these strangers. There is only one man who stands at the college gate at break time. For a short time, he cannot manage to stop outsiders.

            Our college/school is one of the overcrowded colleges/schools of the city. More than one thousand students study in our college/school. For this strength, one peon/security guard is inadequate.

      There must be two or more peons/security guards at the college/school gate. Therefore, you are requested to arrange at least one more peons/security guards for the college/school gate. We shall be very thankful to you for this kindness.
