       Write an application to the Principal for pointing out the Shortage of Facilities/Poor Condition of the College/School Canteen.

Respected Sir,

                           Most respectfully, it is stated that I am a student of intermediate/metric part I, in this college/school. Our college/school is the biggest college/school of the city. Unfortunately, it does not have adequate facilities of eatable things in the canteen for a large number of students.

            Mostly, food items are not fresh. The students are provided stale food. It causes food poisoning for the students. Two students died because of food poisoning last year. The rates of the food supplies in the canteen are very high.  

            The canteen is not cleaned properly. Insects run throughout the canteen here and there. The manager does not listen to the complaints of the students. He does not take care of rate list. There is only one man who provides food to the students at break time. For a short time, he cannot manage to provide food to the students.

            In this way, the students have to rush other canteen situated across the road. The students have to face accidents by crossing the road. The students are served costly items and soft drinks instead of water. The refreshment is very costly and injurious to health. It becomes unnecessary burden on the poor students.

       Our college is one of the overcrowded colleges of the city. More than one thousand students study in our college/school. For this strength, one canteen is inadequate.

      There must be two or more canteens for our college/school. Therefore, your are requested to arrange at least one more canteen in the college/school. We shall be very thankful to you for this kindness.
