Subject:        Request for theft of Bicycle

Respected Sir,

                           Most respectfully, I beg to state that I am a student of intermediate/metric part I, in this college/school. Yesterday, I came to college on my bicycle. I placed it at the college/school   cycle stand and locked it properly.

           But when, I went back at the close of college/school hours. I found my bicycle missing. I reported the matter to the peon on duty. We searched it here and there, but all in vain. Somebody had taken it away by breaking the lock. The key of this lock is still my possession.

          Circumstances forced me to bring the matter of theft in your notice. Kindly, take a personal interest in this matter. I feel much difficulty to reach college/school in the absence of my bicycle.  

          My father is not rich enough to provide me a new bicycle. I shall be thankful to you if I find my bicycle once again.

  3) Method of Imperative Sentences Recognition : - The reported speech of these sentences always starts with 1 st form of verb.
