Write a letter to your father requesting him to send you some extra funds

for payment of hostel dues.

 Dear Father,

                    Asslam-o-Alaikum! With great blessings of Allah Almighty, I am enjoying sound health and hope that the same case will be with you because,

“He who has health has hope, and he who has hope has everything.”

          I have been planning to write to you for many days but could not find time to do so because I believe in the saying,

“Time is money, spend it wisely.”

          My exams are drawing near and I am busy in preparing for them. I have already revised my course. You need not worry about my studies because,

“Success lies under continuous hard working without losing hope”.

          The only problem that I face these days is that I have run short of money as I bought some books which has upset my budget. As it is rightly said,

“Reading of books is a pleasure

but to own them is bliss.”

          I got your kind letter and a money order of Rs. 5,000/- for this month two days ago. I am very thankful to you for this. I will try to live within this amount this month. But I would request you to send me Rs. 3,000/- more than my usual dues. As it is rightly said,

“Money is honey, it’s my little sunny.

A rich man’s joke is always funny.”

          I have to make this request to you because expenses in the hostel have risen. Things in the market are selling at a much higher prices than they used to do last year. When I need to buy books, the prices of books and stationery have also gone up. As it is said,

 “Books add a lot to our knowledge.

They are our best friends.”

          I therefore, find it impossible to meet all expenses with the same allowance. I think my demand is reasonable. I know that you are spending a lot on my education. This increase will be a burden on you. As Benjamin Franklin has said,

“An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.”

 Dear Father,

                   Asslam-o-Alaikum! With great blessings of Allah Almighty, I am enjoying sound health and I hope that the same case will be with you because,

“Health and good state of body are above all goods.”

I got your kind letter and a money order for Rs. 4,000/- for this month. I thank you for it. I will arrange to live within this amount this month. But I would request you to send me Rs. 2,000/- more than my usual dues. As it is rightly said,

“Money is honey, it’s my little sunny.

I have to make this request to you because expenses in the hostel have risen. Things in the market are selling at a much higher price than they used to do last year. The prices of books have also gone up.
