Letter for Normal Students

Write a letter to your cousin/uncle/friend/brother describing him a wedding ceremony that you have recently attended.

Examination Hall,

A.B.C. (City)

May 26, 2023.

          Dear Cousin/Friend,

Asslam-o-Alaikum! With great blessings of Allah Almighty, I am enjoying sound health and hope that the same case will be with you because,

“Health and good state of body are above all goods.”

It is since long that you have not visited us. Do come here during next summer vacation.

Recently, I have attended a marriage partly of my friend Kamran's elder brother/sister who has settled in America. I also helped him in the marriage arrangements. As, some-one has rightly said,

“Help others, if you want to get pleasure and happiness.”

I attended the marriage ceremony for all the three days. Guests from bride's house came with dishes of mehndi with burning candles, erected in them. As, some-one has rightly said,

“A candle loses nothing by lighting the surrounding.”

Melodious wedding songs were sung by ladies. The boys also sang different songs. Some boys danced on this festive ceremony. As, it is rightly said,

“Enjoy life and great pleasures that come with it.”

We all friends lived in Kamran's house for three. He entertained us with a variety of food and drinks. I really enjoyed this marriage ceremony. It was a memorable occasion for all of us. As it is wisely said,

“A good marriage is a contest of generosity.”

At the end, I would say that if you had come in the ceremony, you enjoyed it with us.

Pay my regards to all at home.

 Yours affectionately,

X.Y. Z.

wedding ceremony that you have recently attended.

Recently, I have attended a marriage party of my friend Kamran's elder brother/sister who has settled in America. On Kamran's request, I invited you too but you did not come to attend. I also helped him in the marriage arrangements. As, some-one has rightly said,

“Help others, if you want to get pleasure and happiness.”

I attended the marriage ceremony for all the three days. They spent a lot money on the marriage. The whole bunglow was illuminated with colourful lights. We all friends remained in his house the whole night on the occasion of Mehndi. Guests from bride's house came with dishes of mehndi with burning candles, erected in them. As, some-one has rightly said,

“A candle loses nothing by lighting the surrounding.”

Melodious wedding songs were sung by ladies of both the parties till late at night.

The Nikah ceremony was also very good. We all prayed for the happy and prosperous married life of Kamran’s brother/sister. As, it is wisely said,

“There is no more lovely, friendly and charming relationship,

Companionship or company than a good marriage.”

At the end, I would say that if you had come in the ceremony, you enjoyed it with us.

Pay my regards to all at home.

 Yours affectionately,

X.Y. Z.
