Letter for Brilliant Students

Write a letter to your brother/friend/cousin/sister advising him to take steps to improve his health.

Dear Brother,

                   Asslam-o-Alaikum! With great blessings of Allah Almighty, I am enjoying sound health and hope that the same case will be with you because,

“A sound body has a sound mind”

          I met your friend Amir last night and he informed me that you were absorbed in your studies. You study till late at night and have become weak. I praise your love for knowledge but you should not destroy your health. As it is rightly said,

Health and good state of body are above all goods.”

 Perhaps, you have also given up your morning exercise or evening games. This is very bad. As I often tell you, there can be no achievement in life if you do not have a good health. As it is wisely said,

“He who has health has hope and he who has hope has everything.”

           Therefore, you should be equally careful about your health along with your studies. Try to sleep early and develop a habit of taking morning walk. I would suggest you to change your daily routine and have a light exercise in the morning because,

“Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”.

          You should also be particular about your daily diet. A cup of milk in the morning and another bed time is necessary for every young man of your age. As I believe in Hazrat Ali’s (R.A) saying.  

“A healthy mind can realize Allah well.”

Write a letter to your brother/friend/cousin/sister advising him to take steps to improve his health.

 Dear Brother,

                   Asslam – o - Alaikum! I hope, this letter will find you in the best of health and spirits. I met your friend Ali last night and he informed me that you were absorbed in your studies. You study till late at night and have become weak. I praise your love for knowledge but you should not destroy your health. It is rightly said,

                             Health and good estate of body are above all good.”

 You have given up your morning exercise or evening games. It is very bad. As I often tell you, there can be no achievement in life if you do not have a good health because,

“Health is wealth”.

           Therefore, you should be equally careful about your health along with your studies. Try to sleep early and develop a habit of taking morning walk. As it is rightly said,
