Subject:        Request for Opening of a Primary School

Respected Sir,

                           Most respectfully, it is stated that we, the residents of Chak No. 10 R.B. District Faisalabad want to bring to your kind notice that there is not any primary school for girls in our village. The Government of Pakistan is trying its utmost to spread education to every nook and corner of the country. The literacy rate in our country is very low. It is very sad that in this age of knowledge, our village is going without female education.

        Most of the parents keep their daughters uneducated and ignorant. However, some rich parents send their daughters for education either to cities or to the neighbouring village. This is a very hard exercise for all of us.

       A school can be opened in our village without spending much. There are many vacant buildings of the Government in our village. They can be utilized for opening a school.

      The problem of female teachers can also be easily solved. There are many educated girls sitting idle in their homes of our village. They can be employed as teachers. We hope that

you will give due consideration to our request.

      It is expected that you will spend some amount of money for the primary school for girls in our village.

      We shall be very thankful to you for this kindness.
